Arrow Energy Markets (AEM) focus on Over the Counter (OTC) broking of swaps and forwards of crude oil and refined products. On exchange we cover WTI, Brent, Dubai Crude, Gasoil and heating oil futures contracts. Daily volumes in excess of 40 million barrels in 2025 to date.

The business was established in May 2024, providing specialised broking services to our customers. Our client base consists of major oil companies, independent refiners, producers, governments, banks, traders and investment funds.

We are carefully positioned as a trusted service for clients navigating these complex and fast-moving markets.

Products

Crude Oil
Our crude department has a presence in London, Dubai and Singapore and services over 170 clients globally, across every continent and multiple instruments. Current coverage includes Dated Brent, Dubai and Brent Dubai, Brent and WTI Options, Brent and WTI futures and US Gulf Coast Crude.
AEM are also able to offer bespoke brokerage services utilising multiple instruments to provide customers with total hedging solutions.
We offer expert advice and insight on the construction of multiple hedging strategies.

Middle Distillates
The middle distillates team provides a wide range of brokerage services covering the complete spectrum of distillate markets including, diesel, heating oil, kerosene and jet fuel. Focussing on differentials, cracks and arbs between Europe, US, Asia and AG. With a team of more than 20 years experience in the oil industry and a depth of customer relationships to match that, AEM are located in London, Dubai and Singapore catering to all hedging requirements.

Biofuels
These markets have become an increasingly vital area and will continue to expand on the back of global mandates that will increase every year. Our team, based in London, can assist customers through price discovery, hedging tools and traditional brokerage services in this expanding and complex market. We service our clients with market analytics, qualitative and quantitative information along with price discovery and execution. Instruments covered include FAME, UCOME, RME, HVO, Ethanol, Renewable Fuel Tickets and SAF.
