Regis Caze is a seasoned banking professional with over 25 years of experience in ship finance at leading institutions in Geneva and Zurich. He began his career at Banque Paribas (Suisse), later specialising in vessel financing, and went on to restructure and develop a portfolio at Banque Cantonale Vaudoise before joining Credit Suisse in 2005. There, he founded and led the ship finance desk in Geneva, overseeing Southern Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Turkey, and India, managing more than 40 client relationships and a US$2.5 billion loan portfolio. In 2017, he co-founded Helvetic Marine Capital SA, and in 2018 became a Managing Partner and co-founder of ARROW CAPITAL SA, where he applies his expertise in credit structuring and his extensive global shipowner network.
Alexander Lerch is a seasoned global investment professional with expertise in maritime, transportation, infrastructure, and energy assets. He spent over seven years as a Director at SE Capital in Hong Kong, where he led investment strategy and oversaw the acquisition, management, and operational management of a bulk carrier fleet across its full investment lifecycle. Previously, he held investment roles at Bauhinia Capital Partners in Hong Kong and Fortress Investment Group in New York, after starting his career at Accenture in Zurich. He holds an MBA from SDA Bocconi and formerly served on the board of the Swiss Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong. Now based in Singapore at Arrow Capital, he focuses on strengthening operations and leveraging his extensive shipping network to originate transactions and connect European and Asian capital.
